My management company laughed at me

Lynne, my management company lady, laughed at me on the phone today. I told her about the Mardi Gras in my hallway yesterday, and she started chuckling and saying, "in all my years." Apparently, and I know this will be hard to believe, but this has been a problem for a while. But, there's only so much they can do. It's difficult to evict people. She wanted to know what my police report said, maybe that will help? She commiserated with my pain, and assured me she was laughing WITH me (I'm not convinced). The best I can hope for is that they are thinking of installing cameras in all the hallways because apparently "banshee" and her demon siblings have a reputation. I even told her about Caliope, she felt bad and suggested some remedies but otherwise just told me to "hang in there, kid."
